Of the four officers pictured at the centre of the front row, two should be George Collier Blunt and Lionel Thomas Carew Jackson (probably the two in the centre; the others are likely to be camp instructors. Malpas - he was on Jubilee/Exhibition Camp staff around early 1915 and was later in AIF overseas. Therefore it is the camp with new recruits early in the war.
