According to a researcher, this may be the 'Norma' off Semaphore, South Australia, which collided with the 'Ardencraig' on April 21, 1907. Other buildings include the Coliseum on the left and the Red Lion Hotel on the right. The tracks for the horse-drawn trams along Rundle Street are visible. The car, either a De Dion 8 or a Rover 8, was registered to Dr. A. E. Wigg of Norwood, from 1907; number plate 68. A message is written on the back of the postcard.
