(footman), Ellen Crowe, aged 68 (nurse), Lina Merlach, aged 44 (lady's maid) and Emily Davey, aged 28 (lady's maid?). John Chilvers was born in Norfolk, England in 1871; and returned to London on the 'Bungaree' on 2 August 1897, along with Emily Davey, whom he married on their arrival in England.
