This is chalk art I designed and drew in my neighbourhood to cheer up the people in my street and to spread the important message to #staysafe.

The community cafe might be closed, but the community spirit endures.

'The Pear' is a neighbourhood cafe and meeting place. It also hosts regular free community-driven events, conversations, workshops, get-togethers and other regular activities, services and programs. 'The Pear' is proudly supported by the Government of South Australia as the recipient of a Fund My Neighbourhood grant. It is also proudly backed by aged care organisation ECH and Port Adelaide Football Club. 'The Pear' was forced to temporary closure by the COVID-19 outbreak, but the community spirit endures. This photo is of the footpath dissecting St Patrick's Square in Alberton, a great place to live.

Community Radio is an Essential Service. Taking extra health and safety precautions meant Three D Radio announcers could keep broadcasting and help our listeners feel connected, informed and uplifted throughout the COVID-19 crisis. Measures implemented included: applying hand sanitiser on entry/exit, wearing gloves and using our own headphones and microphone socks while broadcasting, wiping down all surfaces and recording what time we entered and left the building.
