PORTRAIT: Probably one of two daughters of Eliza Jane Smillie, nee Farquarson, and William Smillie, only son of Matthew Smillie, 1781-1847. They were Jean Nairne Smillie, 1846-1880, and Elizabeth Smillie, 1848-1869.
