A small paddle steamer, identified as a 'Murray River fish boat' (probably P.S. 'Victoria') on a wide stretch of river. According to a researcher, P.S. Victoria was used as a fishing steamer in the Karadoc area. There is a fish punt on the starboard forward quarter, where the fish that were caught were kept alive until it was time to send them off to market. P.S. Victoria lays as a hulk in the Murray River, just up from the Cahffey bridge, and can be seen when the weir at Mildura is removed during a low river.
