Soldiers and horses at a beach, South Australia
Identified by Searcy as being members of the 10th Battalion with their horses after swimming in the sea on the beach at Glenelg, South Australia. However, a researcher has pointed out that the 27th didn't exist in 1914 and the 10th and 27th were infantry battalions (no horses). The uniforms don't look like AIF so probably pre-1912 Light Horse. Being at a beach suggests more likely Seacliff (i.e. New Brighton Camp).
