Owners: John Norman junior, registered Maryport, then various others until 1899 when enrolled at Sydney by GJ Robertson and others. c.1905/6 G Sweet, registered Melbourne. c.1908/9 sold to Melbourne SS Co., and converted into a coal hulk that was employed in Albany and Fremantle in the 1920s. Eventually dismantled at Melbourne. Sometimes incorrectly called 'Maggie Moore' in her coal hulk days].

Built 1894 E Gundersen, Tvedstrand, Norway. Owners C. Wroldsen, registered Tvedstrand, 1907. Union Box and Packing Case Co. Ltd, registered Sydney later Sailing Ship 'Daniel' Ltd. converted to a hulk at Sydney c.1924. (Instead of a figurehead she had a lot of beautiful scroll work on her stem head and this has been preserved at the Snapper Island Training establishment in Sydney Harbour)].

Melbourne: Nov, 1903 JT Anderson: Dec. 1911 Victorian Lighterage Pty. Ltd. Broken up and register closed in 1915. Hulked probably in 1885. Ron Parsons has noted the caption says iron bq. He thinks the vessel is most definitely built of wood.

Built 1902 Rock, Davis, Brisbane Water, NSW in 1916/17. Auxiliary diesel fitted 78bhp, 7 knots, 97gross, 60 net tons. Owners: Rock Davis (thence executors of his estate) registered Sydney: 1916 Arthur H Hassell, registered Port Adelaide. Stranded Sandy Straits, between Fraser Island and the mainland, Queensland, and became a total loss. Register closed July 1919. (Salvaged and repaired, and registered as 'Wetona' see Port of Maryborough, Parsons, 1976).

Well known in the New Zealand migrant trade under charter to Patrick Henderson and Co. and later New Zealand Shipping Company].

Seized at Newcastle, NSW, by Commonwealth Government in August 1914 and renamed 'Cardinia' (sometime during WW1 requisitioned by the British Admiralty) While in private ownership and named 'Cardinia' was wrecked on a reef off Mumbualah Island, Fiji, Sept. 1921].

Owners Thomas Henderson and Partner, registered Newcastle upon Tyne, later Adam, Hamilton and Co. and in 1887 re-rigged as a ship, and register transferred to Greenock where the owners enrolled her in the name of Grianaig Shipping Co. with themselves as managers].

Owners George Adam registered Greenock who later became Adam Hamilton and Co and in turn formed separate ship companies, the Cathcart being owned by Grianaig Shipping Co, under their management. Usually engaged in the Australian and New Zealand trades. Photo depicts Cathcart ashore at Cape Jervis, Sept. 9 1890 refloated and taken to Port Adelaide and repaired].
