[General description] Public buildings and gardens on North Terrace, the Mitchell building being prominent on the left. Horse drawn traffic on North Terrace includes a tram. On the left, in front of one of the buildings is a small white sign on which, when magnified, the words 'Madam Mora, Phrenologist' can be seen.
