The owners were GT Nichol and partners; 1909 RS Lamb and partners, registered Sydney, later AS Paterson and Co., who were the owners when the vessel went missing. She sailed from Newcastle NSW March 22, 1922, and was not seen again and presumed to have foundered with the loss of all hands].
