Hermione Heaton was Charlotte Rossell's goddaughter who came to Australia with them in 1892 as both of her parents had died by 1878. Ida Alice Heaton, her sister, had lived with the Rossells in England and came to Renmark in about 1895. Edith Hollingdrake (nee Heaton) was the girls' cousin in Renmark (see also B 73069/13).
