According to a researcher, this would be a support group for the 18th Field Artillery Battery of the 6th Brigade of the 2nd Division of the AIF in world war one (The Division is the diamond on the flag). The flag would almost certainly be for the unit.

Participants in the inaugural Teacher Librarian course (Term I), held at the old Magill Primary School (at that time part of the Wattle Park teachers' College). The forty participants were all experienced teachers, and were drawn from both primary and secondary schools. Joan Holland, Lecturer in Charge, is in the back row, right hand corner (dark hair). The course was initiated as a result of questions in Parliament about school libraries.

Photographs include the following: Exhibition building and Adelaide Town Hall taken at night, with outlines or the buildings lit by lights, warship thought to be HMS 'Repulse' which visited Adelaide as part of the Special Services Squadron World Cruise 1923-1924, navy parade in Adelaide, girls in bathing costumes pictured at the beach, visits to the Blue Lake at Mt Gambier, 'Dingley Dell', home of Adam Lindsay Gordon at Port MacDonnell, obelisk in memory of Adam Lindsay Gordon near the Blue Lake, Mount Gambier, waterfalls thought to be Mackenzie Falls in the Grampians, Victoria, view of the mansion, Rippon Lea in Melbourne, with several photographs of the glass houses and pigeon enclosure. Some of the photographs are faded and this album has not been digitised.

Views of the northern Flinders Ranges Volume 14: an album containing 38 mounted photographs numbered 2287- 2334 showing localities in the northern Flinders Ranges. Most photographs do not have captions, and the locations are unknown. Some photographs are duplicated elsewhere in the Pictorial Collection. Scenes include hills, ranges, landscape, waterholes, creeks, trees and vegetation on and around Moolooloo Station, Wertaloona Gorge, Erengunda, Wirrealpa Hill, Angorichina, Mora Water and Aroona Water, and other places. For details of individual photographs see 'more information' tabs. The following photographs are missing from the album: 2289-2290, 2295, 2313-2314, 2324, 2326-2329.

Photograph of a large group of Scouts and Sea Scouts, taken in the early 1930s by H. M. Walker, 117 Collins St Melbourne. Ray Whitrod is likely to be 5th from the right in the 4th row. A researcher has suggested that this is one of three photographs of the South Australian Contingent to the first Australian Scout Jamboree held at Frankston, Victoria in December 1934 to January 1935.

Album of views partly of South Australia, with some photographs attributable to the photographer Captain Samuel White Sweet. Views include street scenes in Adelaide and at the Botanic Gardens, Waterfall Gully, Morialta, and Strathalbyn. Several photographs may be of Aboriginal men and women of the Point McLeay area. The album includes nineteenth century views of Melbourne, Launceston & Hobart, Brisbane and Maryborough in Queensland and other places abroad including Ceylon, Malta, New Caledonia, and New Zealand. Some of these are by the noted photographers, Horatio Agius (Malta), Poul C. Poulsen (Queensland) and Allan Hughan (New Caledonia). Album of photographs by H. Y. L. Brown, SA Government Geologist, thought to have been taken during an expedition with camels to the MacDonnell Ranges in the Northern Territory in May 1890. The photographs cover part of the journey, from Alice Springs to Emily Gap, Arltunga gold fields, Paddy's Hole, Claraville, Hart's Range, Glen Helen Station, Mount Sonder, Haast's Bluff, and the Finke River. Some photographs are loose and have been trimmed to half pages. Two photographs are missing, captioned 'Chamber's Pillar, Finke River SA' and 'M.C. Wiltshire & native police, Boggy Waterhole, Finke River'.
