Colonel F.H. Howland

Colonel F.H. Howland. A researcher has provoded the following information: 'Howland is wearing his Queen's South Africa Medal with clasps. His 1st South Australian Mounted Rifles did not return from South Africa until 30 November 1900, and QSAs were issued only after the end of the war on 31 May 1902.
