Royal' after lengthening, registered at Port Adelaide, 1906 and 1910, official number 117423. Built at Waikerie, 1905, by A. Francis. (Godson number 257A/26). The following information was provided by a researcher: 'My house is built from the Murrundi and to this day it remains in very good condition. The entire roof structure of it remains intact above the ceiling. It was put on this block in the 1950s and bought from Percy Robert Myers. The land was signed over to him by Ivey Randell, daughter of Captain R.M. Randell'.
