In the distance are the General Post Office and Town Hall Towers. On the right a trio of Police Greys ride past a De Dion Bouton, car no. 141, owned by George Bond, later the proprietor of Bond Tours. Soldiers are lined up along both sides of the street and mounted army and police (on their greys) are present.
