The two storey building was remodelled from an old building, and the single storey structure on its left were both erected 1950. The single storey structure was erected on a vacant site. A sign on the white buildings says DI McDonough refrigeration, sales and service.

A sign painted on its side wall indicates that it may also have earlier been used by George Wills & Co. It appears that some demolition work is already under way as there are piles of rubble on the footpath.
