Captain Murray Randell on the wharf at Murray Bridge next to 'P.S. Murrundi', which at the end of its working life was moored permanently there, as his home. It sank at its moorings on 23 February 1950, becoming a shipping hazard.

A sign for the 'Rivers & Riverboat Historical & Preservation Society Inc.' is set up towards the front of the barge. A small dingy is being towed behind.

View of Murray Bridge. This is the original bridge, completed in 1879. In 1886, rail was added to link Adelaide with the eastern states. Later, in 1924, a new rail bridge was constructed and the rails removed from the old bridge.
