Renmark group
A group from the congregation of the Union Church in Tarcoola Street at Renmark West, built 1919-1920 on donated land on the south side of the Renmark West [primary] School. It is believed that it was taken in rlation to the laying of the foundation stones (see reports in the 'Murray River and Australian River Record', 14 November 1919, page 6 and 5 November 1920, page 5).

Aslin sisters
Photograph of sisters Merrylin Joy Aslin born 1939 and Josephine Mary Aslin born 1941, taken in the studio in Mount Gambier in 1945. They are the daughters of John Vincent (Jack) Aslin and Juanita Mary (Nita) Aslin, then of Kongorong, near Mount Gambier. The girls are aged about eight and six years and are sitting on a stool, wearing identically styled dresses.

A researcher provided the following information: Cain Rumbelow would have been named after his uncle, Cain Jelliff, the husband of Alice Rumbelow, who died in 1877, eight months before Cain Rumbelow was born.

Built 1876 Daniel Dineen, Port Adelaide, lengthened 1885 = 33 tons. 63.0 x 15.4 x 5.1. Auxiliary motor installed 1925 = 35 gross, 27 net tons. Owners: Daniel Dineen, registered Port Adelaide by 1919 ME Morris and AHT Kruse. Sold to Dutch owners in 1951 and register closed. According to official records she was wrecked Antechamber Bay, Kangaroo Island, August 1, 1951. Mary Mabel Taylor, second child of Henry and Mary Jane Taylor, born 20 October 1874, and was a governess in Alice Springs. She died at Hyde Park 2 January 1909.
