Built in Manchester by Beyer, Peacock & Co., No. 3057 of 1889, the engine was later converted to 3' 6 ' gauge, as shown here, for use throughout the mines' railway system. It was later sold ca.1911 to Henry & Sons, sawmillers of Forrest, Victoria, per Cameron & Sutherland, Melbourne dealers.
