Pages 12-13 comprise a map of the University campus delineated by North Terrace, Kintore Avenue, Victoria Drive and Frome Road (with adjoining buildings such as the Library, Museum, Art Gallery,Teachers' College, Exhibition Building and School of Mines also shown). There is a key to the University buildings adjacent to the map, with handwritten additions. The verso has details of programs in the Departments of Botany and Chemistry in the Prince of Wales Building.

In July 1876, the Illustrated Sydney News published a special supplement that included the map. Signed by Frearson, it is believed that it was printed and published by Frearson Brothers. 2 copies. The original course of a creek is shown passing through the dock site, with a bridge drawn at the north-west end, and surrounding allotments shown. A section showing levels of the proposed wharf is drawn in ink at bottom right hand corner, with present level of swamp and low water mark indicated. No scale shown but dimensions of the dock are given. Ink with blue watercolour wash on paper, ink notation. Signed by William Giles, Manager of South Australian Company. In pencil at bottom left is written 'Railway Station' over initials 'E.R.S.' and 'Received August 1854'.

The original course of a creek is shown passing through the dock reserve, with pencil notation 'Wharf for proposed wet dock'. Scale 100 feet to 1 inch. A separate table relates to the area of allotments 72-132. Ink with watercolour wash on paper, ink and pencil notation. One stamp at bottom right dated 10 December 1850, another at top left dated 21.4.[18]51.

Bird's eye view of Port Adelaide, South Australia, engraved by A. C. Cooke, and published as a supplement to the 'Illustrated Adelaide News', May 1879 by Frearson & Brother. This copy [copy 1] is backed onto cotton, through which can be seen: 'Presented by S.A. Company'. (An article in the same edition of the 'Illustrated Adelaide News' appears on page 71, with a key to the view on page 79.) Another version was also issued as a supplement to Frearson's Weekly, No. 5 (March 5, 1880) [copy 2]. Also held is a facsimile which was produced for the Port Adelaide Historical Society in the 1970s [copy 3]. Reserve copy printed from original block found in CS Bird's Printery in 1975.
