Collection of silver albumen photographs, in an album. Believed to have been taken by F.C. Krichauff, who worked as a photographer in South Australia. The photographs feature the Adelaide Botanic Gardens, Adelaide Zoo, the Eden Hills railway viaduct, countryside near the Gemmell's home at Bugle Range and scenes along the Murray River. Most photographs do not have captions, and the locations are unknown. Some photographs are duplicated elsewhere in the Pictorial Collection. Scenes include hills, ranges, landscape, waterholes, creeks, trees and vegetation on and around Moolooloo Station, Wertaloona Gorge, Erengunda, Wirrealpa Hill, Angorichina, Mora Water and Aroona Water, and other places. Heinrich family album

Heinrich family album, compiled by Ilona Oppenheim from loose family photographs. Notes found on the verso of photographs are noted in the caption in inverted commas. Topics include life at Hermannsburg Mission in the Northern Territory in the nineteen twenties, with photographs of some Aboriginal people and visitors to Hermannsburg, including scientists, government officials and tourists. Photos 293-295 are restricted from view pending assessment of Aboriginal content. These images include 293. Ceremonial tjuringa stones of the Hermannsburg area (restricted); 294. 'Manangananga' sacred cave (restricted); 295. 'Holy cave 17 April 1929 (Dad's birthday)'. Large group of Aboriginal people from the Hermannsburg Mission gathered at a sacred spot (restricted). Photos 296-302 have not been digitised. These are duplicated elsewhere in other Heinrich albums or lantern slides.

The group includes a series of photos showing the damage to the Brighton jetty after major storms in 1994 and 1995, and its subsequent re-building. According to brief paperwork attached to the photos (now removed), many of the photographs were published in the Guardian Messenger. Images illustrate Maggie herself and meals prepared by Maggie including the final presentation of the meal, the ingredients and some images documenting back through the preparation process. Other images feature Maggie, her family and staff enjoying the food they have prepared. Also including images of bespoke farmers and farming processes like harvesting honey from apiary slats, extracting wine and verjuice from grapes, dairy processes, yabby foraging and Maggie at the Adelaide Central Markets. Images are curated into 'seasons', for example Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring. A selection of 84 images have been prepared to view online, with approximately 3300 images accessible onsite via the Somerville Reading Room.

Comprising 16 pairs of photographs. The former scenes in black and white were created by photographer Francis Gabriel in the early 20th Century and are in the collection of the State Library Archive. The later colour items were recently created with a drone camera by aerial photographer Denis Parslow. Parslow intended to create a comparative match between his current North Adelaide scenes and Francis Gabriel's photographs.
