Believed to be a view over Port Augusta West, looking east towards the Flinders Ranges, from the area of the water tower, corner Mitchell Terrace and Mildred Street. The raised area along the range about 1/4 from the right is likely to be the Devil's Peak, with the Dutchman, 1/3 from the left. Previously belived to be a view of the Willochra Plains. Copy of a view already taken.
