Holden & Frost label ca.1900-1923 made of a waxed cloth material, folded at one end with a metal ringlet in the centre of the fold. 'From Holden & Frost Adelaide' is printed on one side, with the number '45001' in small print to the side, and '7/8" Bin 8' is written on the reverse side.

The inscription reads 'The 500,000th Holden built Oct. 22nd, 1958 and presented by General Motors-Holden's Ltd. to the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia, Queensland Section - Cloncurry Base'.
