Jack Chapman of Chapman Motors (65 Grote Street) won. He died 14 February 1994, aged 86. Frank Duckett was a spare parts salesman at Lenroc, and later worked for Litchfield Engineering. Adelaide views: Adelaide advanced school for girls
View of the Adelaide Advanced School for Girls on the corner of Grote and Morphett Streets, which moved into the building in 1892 from its former premises in Franklin Street. It was the first secondary school the colonial government established, and the first school for girls who wanted to study past primary level.

Athol Court, off Victoria Place, off Grote St. The view shows a portion of a row of six cottages running parallel with Franklin Street and facing south. Taken on April 3, 1924, just prior to their demolition to make way for a galvanized iron garage. Athol court lies on the southern boundary of Acre 264. See B 2213 for another view of these cottages.
