Women from the Soldiers' Mothers' Association assembled at Wattle Grove in the Adelaide parklands for an Anzac Day service. Some are wearing the lapel ribbon given to the families of soldiers who died during World War One. The man standing with them is Mr. Makin MHR. The monument in the middle of the wooden structure behind them has the inscription: 'Australasian Soldiers: Dardanelles April 25th 1915'.
