Stag Inn, corner of Rundle Street and East Terrace just prior to demolition in 1903. The photograph appeared in the "Observer" of 24 Jan. 1903. The licensee Thomas Richardson had the inn rebuilt as the Stag Hotel. Plans for the re-build can be found in the Library's Jackman Gooden collection (BRG 238/1/39).
