Summary

The 'Infants Effort' wagon participanting in a procession to the Prospect Oval for a carnival in aid of the Australian Soldiers Repatriation Fund. The Register newspaper of 20 November 1916 reported "In the 'Infants Effort' men dressed as little girls ogled people into parting with their coin."
