Summary

[General description] City buildings and street are viewed through a web of telegraph and electricity wires, creating an interesting effect. Several double-decker horse trams can be seen and traffic is horse-drawn with one exception: an early model motor car appears in the foreground. Pedestrians stroll along the footpath. [On back of photograph] 'King William St. / looking north from Pirie St. / May 30, 1905. / Extreme left is about 37 yards north of Waymouth St.'
