Currie Street, south side, left side of bank is 70 yards west of King William Street, and frontage is 25 yards. The building depicted in the photograph is the Savings Bank. It is an ornate building with frontal columns and carvings on the roof. The high quality imposing building was officially opened on 28th April 1904 at a cost of 27,587 pounds.
