Summary

An elderly man and woman walking side by side, carrying a bag between them, outside the Port Road Shopping Centre, (possibly at the site of the Welland Shopping Plaza). It is quite crowded and there are flags strung over the walkways, giving it a festive air, possibly the opening. The couple are passing a chemist and have just passed Cowley's Bakery.
