Summary

A view through a full parking lot to the front of the Port Road Shopping Centre (possibly now updated and renamed the Welland Shopping Plaza). There is a caravan near the main entrace with speakers attached to the roof with a sign saying "5DN the Lively Ones" and what looks to be a cartoon of a Biker painted on its side.
