Summary

The four masted iron ship 'County of Linlithgow', 2202 tons, in an unidentified port [iron 4 mast ship, 2202 tons, ON93380, 286.9 x 43.5 x 24.1. Built 1887 (5) Barclay, Curle and Co. Ltd. Glasgow. Owners R&J Craig, registered Glasgow c.1907 to Chilian owners without change of name and later fitted with twin auxiliary diesel engines and became Katherine, a bulk petrol carrier owned in the Philippines].

One of the ships owned by Craigs County Line / R. and J. Craig, Glasgow.

This image is from the A.D. Edwardes Collection of about 8,000 photographs, mostly of sailing ships from around the world, taken between about 1865 and 1920.
