Morgan wharf at high river with paddlesteamer PS Murrabit and Koondrook barge adjacent. According to a researcher, Murrabit was sometimes known as "Murderbit" after an axe murder on took place aboard her barge (Koondrook). The (disassembled) steel sections of the Koondrook still exist, they were acquired by the Milang Historic Steam & Shipping group in the 90s with the intent of reassembling/restoring the vessel. Apparently the gash made by the axe in the coaming of the crew hatch can still be seen
