Summary

Map of sections 3498, 3499 and 3500 at Jupiter Creek, the property of the South Australian Company in the Onkaparinga Special Survey area. The course of the Onkaparinga River is shown, with the road from Adelaide crossing it at 'Warlands'. At another road intersection is written "Present Diggings 19 miles from Adelaide". Areas of 'Stringy Bark and Quartz' indicated. Ink and watercolour on paper, ink notation. No scale given. Stamped with date 12.1.[18]53; handwritten signature 'A.W. Adelaide 2 Oct.r/52' at bottom right hand corner. (Original mounted on same sheet as maps 23 & 24).
