Summary

[General description] This stone and brick two storey terrace incorporates a disused corner shop which has large windows and verandah. An advertisement for Bushell's Blue Label tea is painted on the end wall. [On back of photograph] 'Acre 559 / Sturt Street, south side / April 28th 1939 / The two storey buildings were demolished in 1939 / For view of the building erected on the site see B 9556 / The right side of the two storied building abuts Meyers Street / Frontage of the two storied premises is 16.5 yards / The left side of the single storey building on the left is 28 yards east of Meyers Street' (Another hand) 'For view of building erected on site behind fence (in 1944) on extreme left of this photograph see B 12820'.
