[General description] This bridge appears to be in poor condition. The caption appearing under this photograph went as follows: 'The swing bridge over the Torrens at Darley road, which is said to be unsafe. The Enfield Council has decided to obtain on estimate for repairs.' [On back of photograph] 'Swing bridge over the Torrens at Darley Road / Reproduced in the News for March 30, 1939 (p. 9)'.
