[General description] This converted cottage is the premises of A.J. Jones, artificial limb maker. [On back of photograph] 'Acre 563 / Halifax Street, south side / April 7th 1939 / The centre building was formerly a cottage and was converted into business premises before a photograph could be taken / The right side of centre building is 30 yards east of Symonds Place and frontage is 11 yards'.
