Summary

[General description] This brick factory building with a saw tooth roof has been added on to the premises of C. Rutherford and Co., Wire mattress makers and wire weavers. A small cottage adjoins on the right. [On back of photograph] 'Acres 633 and 690 / Percy Court, west side / April 7th 1939 / Tall brick additions to factory (in centre) erected in 1938 / Compare with B 7154 / The near side of the brick building is 50 yards south of Gilbert Street and frontage of entire brick buildings is 20 yards'.
