Summary

Wakefield Street, south side. The premises of Candler & McNamee, Contractor plumbers was situated immediately east of St.Andrew's Church, later known as Willard Hall. This photograph has the following note written on the back " city laid with deep drainage". The workmen pictured are possibly the contractors who laid the pipes as two of them are carrying shovels and a pile of dirt is nearby.
