Summary

View of Elizabeth City Centre shops, looking approximately southwest. The photograph was taken from the roof of the old Elizabeth Police Station while the photographer's father inspected a leak. The area of open concrete is the site now occupied by the southeastern corner of the shopping centre, including the clocktower approximately where the small truck is parked.
