Summary

A man standing next to a VH-USQ gyrocopter with a pilot and passenger in the cockpit, at the Ackland Gardens airfield, near the north-west corner of South and Daws Roads, Edwardstown. The auto-gyro copter (VH-USQ) was imported from England in 1935 and re-assembled in Perth, making its way across regional centres in Western Australia, offering short joy flights, before arriving in South Australia. Note on reverse: 'G.B. Ragless Collection. Negative held by M. E. Ragless'.
