[General description] Another new garage to service the increasing demand for the motor car. It is built from brick with an art deco influence. There is a motor cycle at the kerb. [On back of photograph] 'Acre 312 / Andrew Street, north side / June 15,1927 / Garage was erected in 1926 on site formerly occupied by a cottage which was demolished before a photo. could be taken. / Site of garage: Far side is 49 yards east of Morphett Street. Frontage: 12 yards'.
