Summary

[General description] The western side of King William Street near Waymouth Street. The Post Office tower is partially visible. The building on the corner of Waymouth Street is Scottish House and next door is Scrymgour the Printer, which is next to Ocean Fire Accident Corporation. Cars and horse drawn vehicles stand in the street as pedestrians pass by. [On back of photograph] Acre 171. King William Street, west side, February 18th 1926. Near side of Scrymgour's is 25 yards north of Waymouth Street. For alterations made to the building on the left side of Scrymgour's in 1938 see B8190. Scrymgour's building was remodelled in c.1953. See B 12920 taken in 1954. For view of Ocean Chambers in 1958 see B 14060.
