Five galvanised iron water tanks stand between the homestead dwelling and a subsidiary building, all inside a rabbit-proof fenced area. The dwelling appears to be constructed of wood, with a verandah on all sides.

(It cannot be the Trans-Australia's "Tea and Sugar" as it is a narrow-gauge locomotive hauling the train)'.
