Shipping either side of Milang Jetty, with racing yachts passing the end of the jetty centre left, and a crowd watching from the jetty, possibly during a Milang Regatta. Shipping possibly includes: Left, at end of jetty, 'Dispatch', schooner 'Ada & Clara' (3 masts), 'Princess Royal'. On right: 'Telegraph' and schooner 'Annie' (2 masts). A researcher has suggested that the boat at the end of the jetty on the left is not either of the two paddle steamers named 'Dispatch' because the shape of the 'wheel boxes' do not match those of the two 'Dispatch' paddle steamers (the first was sold in 1888 and re-registered as the P.S. Bellarine in Geelong, Victoria. The second 'Dispatch' was a smaller paddle steamer).

A researcher suggests that this date is incorrect and is more likely to be 1908 or 1918, as the 'P.S. Jupiter' left Milang for the last time in 1933, the 'Ada & Clara' was sold in 1936, and the 'P.S. Murray' had not been in Milang for around 20 years.
