Premises of W. Rorhlach, Machinist Builder & Shoeing Smith. The small building has a corrugated iron roof on which is painted in large letters 'Use Amgoorie Tea'. Several men stand outside, and another is driving a horse-drawn cart along the road in front of the building. Albert Thiele was an apprentice at the shop prior to serving in World War II, but this photograph likely pre-dates his apprenticeship.

A special sitting of the South Australian Parliament was held to vote on the establishment of Australia's first Voice to Parliament for First Nations People. The South Australian Public was invited to gather and watch the vote on big screens outside of Parliament House on North Terrace. Legislation was passed to enshrine an indigenous voice to South Australian Parliament, led by Premier Peter Malinauskas and Minister for Aboriginal Affairs Kyam Maher. The event was opened with a smoking ceremony by elder Moogy Sumner, MC'd by Shelly Ware, and featured performances by musicians Nathan May and Tilly Tjala Thomas. Politicians and Aboriginal leaders are featured in some of the photographs of the event, which was attended by a large crowd on North Terrace.

The 1928 Eucharistic Congress Celebration at the Jubilee Oval, corner of Frome Road and Victoria Drive. Photographs taken from the air from various directions. The international Eucharistic Congress was held in Sydney, and this event was the local Adelaide celebration. The Jubilee Oval hosted large sporting and other events, including the Royal Agricultural and Horticultural Society Shows. It was operational from 1895-1945. University of Adelaide buildings and the Exhibition Building can be seen in some of the images.
