[General description] Looking along Bank Street towards North Terrace. City buildings include Hunt's Labour Office (looks unoccupied) and the premises of Horwood Bagshaw which advertises Illman winnowers and strippers. [On back of photograph] 'Acres 49 and 14 / Bank Street east side, looking north / 1926 / The near side of the two storey building with "Illman" sign is 71 yards south of North Terrace'.

Also contains two photographs of the last car coming off the assembly line at Holden's Birkenhead Plant, a Pontiac.
