Crowded beach on Regatta Day, Wallaroo. There are two versions of this photo: B 46260 which was copied from a print lent to the Library in 1987; B 46260A was donated in 2019. There are subtle differences between the two although they were clearly taken on the same day and from the same spot.

The Australport at Wallaroo Jetty. The ship was originally named Ardangorm and renamed Australport in 1916, then renamed Iron Age in 1923.

Central Power Plant, showing 1,000 kW Turbo Generator at Wallaroo Mines in approximately 1914 - 1920. The mine struggled in the years after World War 1 due to the downturn in the price of copper, closing for long periods and losing large amounts of money between 1919 and 1922. The mine shut down in 1923.
