Summary

WW1 fundraising badge featuring a map of Australia with a blue flag in the centre of the map with the word 'Prohibition' across the flag, on a light blue background with text around the edge, 'No Surrender, No Compromise, No Retreat', and a gold border. A researcher has questioned whether this is a WW1 badge. '‘Prohibition‘ is written across a white map with ‘No surrender, no retreat, no compromise’ around the edges. Could this be referring to ‘White Australia’ or Prohibition (as in Temperance) rather than WW1?'
