Approximately 1880-1900

PRG 899/11/1: The house of Moritz Friedrich Weidenbach (1815-1858) at the corner of Portrush Road and Gilles Road. In 1975 the land belonged to the Christian Rest Home, and the house had been demolished. At one stage it was called 'The Olives'
PRG 899/11/2: 'Glencoola', Edwin Weidenbach's house on Portrush Road, Glen Osmond, taken before his additions to it. The enlarged house is now [1975] Abergeldie Private Hospital. Edwin was the son of Moritz Friedrich Weidenbach.

The house was already called 'The Cedars' when Hans Heysen bought it from Thomas Jackson in 1912.
